How quickly will I receive my order?
All Franklin Mint orders for in-stock items, will be processed and shipped within ten business days. Orders are subject to credit approval and product availability. All items are individually shipped and may not arrive on the same day. Standard shipping and handling charges are applicable to addresses in the continental United States only. Shipments to addresses outside of the continental US will require additional charges.

Priority Shipping via Federal Express is available for an additional charge. Please allow 2 days for Fed Ex delivery from the time the item ships. Fed Ex is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. Fed Ex is not available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

Your email address is now your "username." A valid email address is required to login to your account. If you have forgotten the email address associated with your account, please call 1-800-THE-MINT during regular business hours. A Franklin Mint Customer Service representative will assist you in resetting your member account.

Password:
Forgot Your Password? If you have forgotten your Franklin Mint password, simply click here and your password will be emailed to you.

You may change your password at any time from the "My Account" section located in the top right corner of the homepage. You may have your password emailed to you from the Logon page.

How do I place an order?
Ordering at FranklinMint.com is fast and secure. Select the items you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the items in your shopping basket. Then, simply click on the "Checkout" button, enter your shipping/billing address and credit card information. Remember, you can remove items from your shopping basket at any time. To complete your purchase, click the "Next" button and confirm your order information. Then click on the "Submit" button to place your order. It's that easy!

Once you have registered for the first time, you will not have to re-enter your personal information each time you order. FranklinMint.com will send an order confirmation e-mail to you soon after receiving your order. Another email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

Order straight from The Franklin Mint print catalog, brochures or newspaper articles on FranklinMint.com using our Quick Order feature! The Quick Order box is located to the left of the homepage. Using Quick Order can save you postage, delivery time, and the cost of mailing in your order. What is Backorder?
Some very popular items may not be in stock when you place your order. Whenever possible, we offer the convenience of Backorder for these items. Here is how it works. When the item becomes available, we will ship it to you automatically. We'll bill your credit card on the shipping date, not before that date. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the item is shipped out to you.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos. When ordering, please be sure to provide your exact billing name and address-- this is the name and address listed on your credit card statement, which your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

We accept checks and money orders submitted by postal mail. Checks may take approximately 10-15 business days to process. The Franklin Mint will not be held be responsible for the loss of payments sent via postal mail. We apologize for any inconvenience, but The Franklin Mint does not accept cash payments at this time.

Do you offer Easy Payments (or installment billing)? How does it work?
Yes, we offer Easy Pay. With Easy Pay you can spread out your payments over the designated number of payments at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE from The Franklin Mint when you order using a major credit card on FranklinMint.com!

Depending on your merchandise total you can take 2 or 3 months to pay. You will see this option on the Product page BEFORE adding the item you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart. Simply select the "Easy Pay" option you desire from the pull-down menu under the Price. At time of purchase, the product price will be divided equally into two or three monthly payments. Shipping & handling and sales tax will be added to your first payment.

Your installments are based on actual items shipped. In the case that any items from your original order are on backorder, these items will be broken out in new installment plans upon shipment. This may result in multiple monthly deductions against your provided credit card. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-THE-MINT Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (ET) if you have any questions regarding this matter.

You must request Easy Pay at time of purchase. Easy Pay is only available on products where the Easy Pay option is offered; not all product are eligible. Easy Payments are subject to approval by The Franklin Mint. Easy Payments cannot be used for prior purchases and cannot be combined with any other Easy Payment, Deferred Payment, or Free Shipping and Handling promotion. Easy Pay cannot be reused if items purchased under the terms of this offer are returned. Easy Pay cannot be used with The Franklin Mint's automated telephone ordering system. Easy Payments are not valid on Auto-Delivery, continuity, or advanced order items. Easy Pay cannot be used toward the purchase of a Franklin Mint Gift Certificate, or any item sold through a third-party website linked to FranklinMint.com. Easy Payments are not transferable and have no monetary value.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax on all merchandise (including shipping fees) for orders shipped within states in which we are deemed to have a physical presence. RETURNS

Can I cancel my online order?
You may cancel a Franklin Mint order during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm ET), by calling our Customer Service team toll free at 1-800-THE-MINT (1-800-843-6468). Please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed and shipped, our Customer Service team will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you decide you do not want the merchandise you ordered, you may return it to The Franklin Mint within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling fees will ONLY be refunded for cancelled orders if the merchandise has not yet been shipped. Your satisfaction is our goal.

How do I return an item?
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that sometimes you may want to return an item. The Franklin Mint accepts returns on items within 30 days of purchase for replacement, credit or refund of the purchase price. The Franklin Mint can not be held responsible for any fees associated with the return of your order, including but not limited to postage, shipping, international duties, taxes, return freight, and refused shipment return charges.

To return an item purchased at The Franklin Mint within 30 days of purchase, please follow these simple instructions, which are also printed on the shipping document that came with your order:
  1. To expedite the handling of your return, please complete the information form attached to your shipping document, providing the reason for return and the action to be taken.
  2. Detach the return form with your completed instructions and enclose it with the item to be returned in the original package. Carefully repack and seal the package tightly.
  3. Return the package to us by UPS or Parcel Post. To ensure delivery, please use the pre-printed label provided in the upper right hand corner of the return information form attached to your shipping document.
  4. If you are missing the enclosed label, and are returning a jewelry item, our address is: "The Franklin Mint, Attention: Collector Returns, 801 Springdale Drive, Franklin Center, PA 19341. " For all other returns, our address is: "The Franklin Mint, Distribution Center c/o TSI, 231 Mill Road, Edison, NJ 08837."
  5. Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you may have made toward your purchase.

Pricing
The pricing shown on the product pages is in US dollars. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your selected items plus shipping and handling, and applicable taxes. If the item you are ordering is part of a collection, the price stated is only for the first item in the series – not the entire collection. The shipping and handling charges for each product is shown on the corresponding product detail page. Your applicable taxes and handling charges will be listed during the checkout process, prior to completing the transaction. Of course, we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order.

Credit Card Information
All purchases at Franklinmint.com require a valid credit card. Credit card transactions are processed in real time. You will receive on-screen confirmation that your transaction was/was not processed successfully. FranklinMint.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and  Discover/Novus.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Errors
