B-24H LIBERATOR

$228.99

In StockIn StockOut of stock
Though possessing a notorious reputation of catching fire while in flight, the B-24 Liberator was the most produced American aircraft during the Second World War. Manufactured by Ford Motor Company, modifications made on the fuselage gave the gunners better visibility during battle. Although difficult to fly and susceptible to sustaining battle damage, the Liberator filled in numerous roles due to its wide range and large payload capacity. In fact, the B-24 was extensively utilized by the Allied forces in Europe, namely, Great Britain, Czechoslovakia, Italy, Netherlands, and the Soviet Union.

This handcrafted model is painted in the same paint scheme as the original and is painstakingly built from Philippine mahogany by our skilled craftsmen. Perfect as a gift for any aviation enthusiast and history buff!
