Minted from 1892 to 1916, the Silver Barber Dime was designed by Charles E. Barber. The obverse features the head of Lady Liberty facing right with a wreath in her hair. The reverse displays classic wheat and oak design.
The genuine United States dime is composed of .900 silver. The Denver, San Francisco and New Orleans mint marks are on the reverse of the dime. The Philadelphia Mint did not mark the coins with a P.
The four mints are represented in a gold book-style portfolio. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
