Product Details
The Liberty Head Nickel was first minted in 1883 and is composed of copper and nickel. The obverse shows Liberty wearing a coronet and wreath and the reverse is a V representing the Roman numeral 5 and a wreath. The design was created by Charles Barber. The first year of issue is handsomely displayed in a gold tone money clip. The money clip is approximately 1 7/8 inches long. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
