A genuine U.S. Statehood Quarter completes a stylish yet simple pendant that is both unique and historical. The United States Mint 50 State Quarters Program depicts George Washington on the obverse of each coin and a special design from each state on the reverse. Five states were represented each year beginning in 1999. The final five states were issued in 2008. Each quarter is securely mounted in a silvertone bezel and hangs on an eighteen-inch silvertone cable chain with a three-inch extender and a lobster claw clasp.
