A Liberty Nickel gold layered coin, featuring the face of Miss Liberty surrounded by stars, rests securely in a smooth round bezel and hangs from a barred flat cable style 18 inch chain with a 3 inch extender and a lobster claw clasp. The goldtone chain is composed of a jeweler's base metal and measures 2.6 mm in width. The Liberty Nickel was minted from 1883 to 1912 and was designed by Charles Barber. The genuine Liberty Nickel is layered in gold in keeping with the uniform design of the bracelet. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity and comes in a white jewelry box.
